The difference isn't the destination. It's whether the retreat was designed around your goal.
We start with one question: what does this retreat need to accomplish?
Everything follows. Down to who sits with whom.
To reconnect a distributed team, we mix small groups across location, function, and tenure, then reshuffle them across meals and sessions.
To get a team aligned on what's next, we mix seniority and function so the real disagreement surfaces early, while there's still time to work it through.
One element. Two designs. Because the goals are different.

Pathpoint, an insurtech company, brought Flok in for a 70-person retreat in Vail, Colorado. Their team was too busy to plan it, and Flok understood what a startup needs better than a large corporate planner.
In the two weeks after, Pathpoint set records on some of their most important company metrics.
Newsela brought 400 people through a CEO transition. 96% left clear on what's next.
Light's CFO saved 300+ hours. His team rated it 9.8 out of 10.
Moloco brought 800 people from 13 offices together. Engagement rose from the low 70s to 95.
3 in 4 clients plan their next retreat with Flok within 12 months.
The design starts before you even commit. You see the thinking in writing first.

We've designed hundreds of executive offsites for leadership teams ranging from 5 to 50+executives. Here are the questions we hear most often. Still have questions? Let’s talk about your strategic priorities. No sales pitch, just honest guidance.
We treat every executive offsite with the highest level of discretion. This includes private venue selection away from public spaces, NDAs with all vendors, secure document handling, and dedicated staff who understand the sensitive nature of strategic discussions. Your leadership conversations remain completely confidential.
Most executive offsites run 2–3 days, with 2.5 days being the sweet spot. This provides enough time for deep strategic work and relationship building without pulling executives away too long. We can design effective 1-day intensives for specific decisions or extend to 4–5 days for major transformations.
We design a rhythm that alternates focused strategic sessions with relationship-building moments. Morning intensive workshops followed by outdoor reflection activities. Working lunches balanced with leisure dinners. This cadence prevents fatigue while building the trust that enables hard conversations.
Minimal pre-work keeps executives focused on strategic priorities during the offsite. We typically request: key strategic questions to address, any pre-reads for context, and individual priorities from each leader. We handle all logistics, materials preparation, and session design.
We provide comprehensive documentation of decisions, action commitments, and strategic frameworks developed during the offsite. Many clients request follow-up facilitation for 30/60/90-day check-ins to ensure strategic priorities stay on track and maintain leadership alignment.
You focus on breakthrough thinking and we handle everything else. Let’s turn your strategic vision into an experience your leadership team actually needs.
